Jasmine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and practice owner of Reflections Therapy, based in Markham, Ontario. Jasmine's passion is to dive deep into each client's story and help them identify the root cause of the problem. She collaborates with her clients to formulate strategies and problem-solving skills so that her clients become effective and independent.

She gets "real" and down-to-earth with her clients and the people around her because she values authenticity. Jasmine's authenticity enables clients to experience a genuine connection they share with Jasmine.
Jasmine is a foodie and she enjoys trying out new restaurants frequently. Jasmine is fitness junkie where she works out a few days per week to "balance out" the food she eats. Staying true to being fit, Jasmine is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and used to be a Taekwondo Instructor.
