We are, for the most part, aware of what we "should" do, and perhaps we are tired of hearing the same advice given over and over again. With this in mind, Jasmine structures her sessions around asking intentional questions designed to guide people's thinking, reflection, and self-understanding. Her goal is to help you emerge answers from within hold as it's far more powerful than to hear advices. Jasmine's purposeful questions empower clients to explore new perspectives and uncover unique, personalized insights that align with their authentic selves.

People carry emotional burdens and scars whether they know it or not. When the burdens and scars become heavy, they manifest as symptoms like anxiety, depression, or resentment. Jasmine intends to find the burdens lying behind the symptoms manifested as this is the first step in releasing the burdens.

Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up—it means coming to terms with the challenges we cannot control, like unsolvable problems or the inability to change others’ opinions. Jasmine approaches these difficult areas with curiosity, gently exploring the thoughts and situations clients find hard to accept. She meets each client exactly where they are, providing support and understanding as they navigate their journey toward peace and self-compassion

Clinical Director

Jasmine founded Reflections Therapy with the intention of helping you create dedicated time and safe space for you to reflect deeply with the support of someone you trust. In the hustle of daily life, our thoughts, feelings, and aspirations often go unnoticed, overshadowed by the demands of simply getting through the day. Jasmine believes that while personal reflection is powerful, having a trusted person to explore your inner world can lead to profound clarity and growth. Reflections Therapy was built on the vision of guiding you through this collaborative process, helping you uncover insights and take meaningful steps toward thriving in every aspect of your life.
