You may notice your racing thoughts, feel stuck in uncertainty, or experience that constant “on edge” fight-or-flight feeling. You might know something needs to change, but feel unsure how to slow things down. If you’re open to being honest with yourself, willing to step slightly outside your comfort zone, and curious to try new strategies, Julia offers a supportive space to help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, you’ll learn to tune into both your thoughts and your body, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control.

Julia works with clients who are open to trying a different approach to anxiety—one that goes beyond just talking and begins to include the body. By focusing physical sensations to your body, she helps you notice how anxiety shows up physically, whether that’s tension, restlessness, or a constant sense of being on edge. Together, you’ll learn to slow things down, step out of the comfort zone slowly, and build a deeper awareness of what your body is trying to communicate. Over time, this helps you feel more grounded, better understand your emotions, and reconnect your mind and body so you can respond to stress with greater ease and control.

Julia believes that growth happens when a person steps out of their comfort zone, though she will always honour your pace of growth. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being your true self. Julia builds trust and connection from the start so you can explore, reflect, and grow without pressure.
