In the hustle of everyday life, it is easy to feel pulled away from who you are by the demands of others or the weight of your own thoughts. Natasha is dedicated to helping you find your center amidst that constant movement. She believes that while everyone possesses an internal compass, therapy provides the quiet space needed to recalibrate and reconnect with your authentic self. Natasha views the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of her work, prioritizing trust, safety, and genuine connection so you can explore and grow at your own pace without pressure.

Natasha brings a gentle and supportive presence while also helping you make sense of what you’re going through in a way that feels clear and manageable. Together, you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and begin to understand how they may be contributing to feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as core approaches, Natasha works collaboratively with you to develop practical tools and new perspectives that feel realistic and relevant to your life. The goal is to help you move through challenges with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.

Healing is most effective when it leads to a life that feels right for you. Natasha’s approach is collaborative and integrative, acting as a trusted partner to help you identify your core values and align your actions with them. She supports you in navigating difficult emotions with self-compassion while taking intentional steps forward. Her goal is to ensure the insights gained in session translate into meaningful, lasting change, always at a pace that feels right for you.
