Anxiety

Anxiety is a common mental health condition characterized by excessive worry, fear, and unease. Symptoms of anxiety may include persistent restlessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and sleep disturbances. Additionally, physical manifestations such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, and trembling are commonly experienced.

Symptoms of anxiety typically include excessive worrying, overthinking, increased heart rate, muscle tension, fear of a variety or specific situation.

General worries, overthinking, and fear on a variety of situations, things, or concerns.

Enacting ritualistic overt or covert behaviours to give yourself a sense of relief or security. There is fear if you do not complete a ritualistic behaviour

Sudden, intense fear or anxiety, often accompanied by physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat and sweating.

Severe fear of a specific thing, situation, or people.

Fear and worry about social interactions, being judged, and how you behave to others.

A single and or an accumulation of events that resulted in negatively affecting your ability to process emotions and cope with general or specific situations.
